Prime 40 is a premium 40 mm, four-tone landscape turf with a lush, mature natural appearance. Its white permeable TPO backing supports fast drainage, while the stronger specification makes it a practical upgrade for higher-use residential lawns.

Standard rolls are 3.7 m wide and up to 20 m long. One lineal metre of a 3.7 m-wide roll covers 3.7 m².
Lay every section with the turf pile running in the same direction so the colour remains consistent and joins are less noticeable.

Premium landscape turf with a lush, natural finish
Prime 40 is the premium landscape upgrade from Lush 35. Its taller 40 mm pile, higher stitch rate and stronger yarn specification create a fuller, more robust lawn while retaining the soft feel and natural appearance expected from a residential landscaping product.
The darker green tone and more visible brown curl yarn give Prime 40 a mature, natural look. It suits premium home lawns, family areas and pet spaces where appearance, drainage and a stronger specification all matter.

Freight & Delivery

Delivery is to the nominated address where carrier access allows. If direct delivery is unavailable, collection from the nearest available carrier depot may be required. We’ll contact you before dispatch to confirm any alternative arrangement.
Deliveries are made to the front boundary, berm or nearest safe and accessible unloading point. Someone must be available to receive the delivery and is responsible for moving the goods beyond the agreed unloading point. Please arrange suitable assistance, as turf rolls and other products can be large and heavy.
Sand & Adhesive: Sand cannot be sent using standard freight because of its weight. Certain adhesive products require specialised dangerous-goods transport. For delivery of sand or adhesive, please call 0800 002 648 so we can confirm availability and provide a separate freight quote.
